Returns
Purchase of Rogue Chem academic platforms are final* and it is encouraged that buyers read all information about a given content package before investing. However, access and payment can be refunded if requested if extenuating circumstances prevent you from utilizing Rogue Chem materials. In the event of a refund request because of extenuating circumstances, please message Rogue Chem via the Contact Page (click me).
Exchanges
On occasion, students will accidentally buy a package they do not intend to purchase (e.g. buying the comprehensive access package that's universally applicable instead of getting a UF-specific Rogue Chem platform). In these instances, the order can easily be adjusted and the desired Rogue Chem platform will be delivered promptly to replace the accidentally-purchased platform.

Shipping Policy
Rogue Chem currently does not sell physical goods. Accordingly, there is no policy surrounding shipping of material goods. This is subject to change in the future when physical goods become available for purchase via the Rogue Chem website.
